Bachelor of Vocational or B. Voc in Physical and Fitness Training is a three-year program consisting of six semesters. Bachelor of Vocational (B. Voc) is a skill development-based higher education graduate program with multiple exit options such as a diploma or advanced diploma. B. Voc programs will provide industry-relevant skills and knowledge in a specified job role to become a trained professional in that industry. If students successfully complete all six semesters (3 Years) then they will be awarded with Bachelor of Vocational (B. Voc). If the students successfully complete four semesters (2 Years) or two semesters (1 Year) then they will be awarded with Advanced Diploma or Diploma respectively. Fitness management is an interdisciplinary field that will enhance the physical fitness of people through exercise and diet. Personal training is the process of planning and delivering safe and effective exercise programs to people in order to maintain their overall well-being or to achieve special physical goals. This program will help students gain proficiency in the areas of kinesiology, human performance assessment, fitness skills, wellness concepts, and management skills for developing and maintaining personal fitness.
